2025 RULES & REGULATIONS :)

 Hours:

  • Wednesday 12pm - 3pm

  • Thursday 10am - 7:30pm

  • Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm

  • Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm

 

Thank you ladies for choosing to book with me. I appreciate that and love that you chose me to slay you for your special day. Even if its just something that you do on the regular, thanks for letting me be apart of maintaining your look. For those of you that are loyal to me thank you so much I love you all dearly, but please read these new terms & conditions before booking. They will apply to everyone. But you KNOW if you need to contact me about something regarding your appointment you can still text me and let me know what’s up.

  1. Once you book your appointment, if there are any time frames that need to be met PLEASE text me regarding your time frame at lease 72 hours before your appointment. That way if I need to switch some things around or move you to another day that better works with both of our schedules I can do so. DO NOT sit in my chair & tell me you have somewhere to be for a certain time. That is inconsiderate and it will make me feel like I have to rush & that doesn’t help me create your look with my full passion. I’m an artist & I’m sensitive about my SH*T. Lol but seriously. 

  2. Please allow 4 hours Salon Time for your appointment. It could definitely go faster, but things happen and have to be corrected before a client leave. I will not rush on you for somebody else, so be patient and considerate as I complete the client in front of you. If you would like to call and see if I’m ready for your appointment that way you can get some things done before you come that is also an option. If I don’t respond, still come for your appointed time.

  3. If you are going to be late, please shoot me a quick text letting me know that you’re going to be late. Most of the time it is okay, but if I have something I have to do, and that will push my timing back, please be prepared to reschedule. (usually for the last client of the day)

  4. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS! You have 24 hours to send your deposit before your appointment is canceled. If you need to cancel & it is 24hrs or more before your appointment, your deposit will apply to your next booking, but you will also have to pay a deposit for the next booking and they will BOTH be added to the next service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. ALL DEPOSITS apply towards the total of your service.

  5. Please don’t book multiple appointments the same day you have a hair appointment. I will not rush and stress because you thought you could determine the speed of my work. Somedays I work faster than others, some days I’m exhausted from the previous day. All days you will leave perfect, but allow me time to work.

  6. NO extreme appointments on Saturdays (ex: Full Microlink Installs, Full Tape in Installs, Double Color Processing, Take Down Put Up, etc) please book these type of installs during the week. If you must do an extreme service on a Saturday, PLEASE text me so we can see how that would work with my Saturday schedule. Normal installs ONLY on Saturdays (Traditional Installs, Quick Weaves, Closure Installs, Silk Press, etc.)

  7. ALL SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS $75 ON TOP OF YOUR SERVICE PRICE. Just because you are paying a squeeze in fee, does not mean you will skip line, you will get added to my books where I can fit you in. $75 is due as soon as your appointment is accepted by me. What's considered a squeeze in? I'm fully booked and you are in need of an appointment & is willing to pay $75 plus your service charge to get an appointment.

  8. $50 Chair fee. No matter if its something simple like curls, you will have to pay $50. No services lower than $50 will be done as an appointment for that price. Example: shampoo*client books only a shampoo* ($35 service..your total is $50)

  9. Im an expert in my field, so the price has gone up. Its business, nothing personal! Even though I have personal relationships with most of you, this side of our relationship is business. Thank you all for understanding. Now lets get you in & out looking better than ever. <3

 

PLEASE book for the service you need. Anything extra will not be done. This is what makes your service time longer and causes my schedule to be thrown off. If the service you need is not listed. Book what is there, and text me what you need added. I will text back with the updated price. Payment Methods : Please pay all deposits through Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle. Paypal. The remainder of your total will be paid in cash. Please have exact change. Tips are appreciated :)
