1. Shampoo hair with cool water
2. ALWAYS conditon hair after shampooing
3. Rinse with conditioner out with cool water
for best results, let condtioner sit for 10-30 minutes after shampooing then rinse with cool water.

Once you recieve the tracking number, and the hair is out of our possesion, there will be no refunds issued. Any problems reguarding a stolen or lost package, you will have to contact USPS for further questions and information. Any issues pertaining to the quality of the hair/ wrong orders, please email us with pictures & a few words about your experience and we will follow up with you ASAP.
